Data sources

Connects to what you already run. Replaces none of it.

TruVue is a layer, not a migration. It reads from your existing systems, and where a system offers no connection, a structured upload closes the gap rather than stopping the project.

In plain terms

How does TruVue connect to a practice's systems?

AdministratorsIT and compliance leadsPractice ownersOperations leads

TruVue connects through secure, least privilege integrations to the systems a practice already runs, including practice management and scheduling, marketing and advertising platforms, analytics, call handling, referral sources and review platforms. It reads from them and writes nothing back into your clinical record. Where a system exposes no usable connection, which is common with older EMR products, a structured upload carries the same data on a schedule so the picture is still complete.

  • Read only by default. TruVue reports on your systems. It is not a second place for staff to enter anything.
  • Least privilege access. Each connection is scoped to the data the reporting actually needs and nothing beyond it.
  • Uploads are a first class path. A structured upload is a supported way to connect a system, not a workaround bolted on later.
  • Nothing is ripped out. Your EMR, billing and scheduling stay exactly where they are.
The problem

What this fixes in a clinic.

The data is trapped in the EMR

The record holds the answer and offers no practical way to get it out, so the practice reports on everything except its patients.

Every new tool means another migration

Practices have been burned by platforms that required abandoning a working system to get one new report.

Integration projects die at the vendor

A vendor that will not open an interface stops the whole project, and the practice gives up on visibility entirely.

Staff end up as the integration

The connection between two systems turns out to be a person exporting a spreadsheet every Monday.

How it works

How connecting works.

Map the systems first

Discovery lists what you run, what each system holds, and which questions need which source. Nothing is connected before that is agreed.

Connect what offers a connection

Marketing, analytics, review, call and scheduling platforms are connected with scoped, least privilege credentials.

Bridge what does not

Where a system offers no usable interface, a structured upload on a set schedule carries the same fields into the same reporting.

Verify before anyone relies on it

Numbers are reconciled against the source system during setup, because a dashboard nobody trusts is worse than no dashboard.

Outcomes

What changes once the sources are connected.

Continuity

Nothing you depend on has to change

The EMR, the billing system and the schedule stay in place. TruVue is the layer above them.

Coverage

A closed vendor stops being a dead end

Structured uploads mean one uncooperative system does not cost you the whole picture.

Trust

The numbers reconcile to the source

Every figure is verified against the system it came from during setup, and the age of each source is shown on screen.

Does TruVue write anything back into our EMR?

No. Connections are read only. TruVue reports on your systems and never becomes another place your staff has to enter data.

What if our EMR has no API?

That is common, and it does not stop the project. A structured upload on a set schedule carries the same fields into the same reporting, so the picture stays complete.

How is patient data protected?

TruVue is HIPAA aware by design and works within your existing security and compliance requirements. Connections are scoped to least privilege, patient information is treated as patient information, and your data is never sold or shared.

Who owns the data?

You do. You control what connects, you can export at any time, and disconnecting a source removes it from reporting.
